Charities we support
Chandeliers supports and raises money for various charities. Although we usually have one key charity a year, we will also raise funds for other charities and causes which are significant because they have touched the lives of our members in one way or another.
Prostate Cancer UK
1 in 8 men get prostate cancer. Together, we're supporting our dads, brothers, partners and friends by raising awareness, funding lifechanging research, campaigning for change and providing much needed support.

The MS Society
If you or someone you love is affected by MS, you’ll know that life is not always straightforward, and being able to access the right support at the right time can make all the difference.

Square Pegs
We run an inclusive, inspiring & innovative programme of Theatre & Arts projects & performances working with children, young people & adults with learning disabilities & autism.
Dementia UK
We are the specialist dementia nursing charity that is here for the whole family. Our nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia.

British Liver Trust
If you are worried that alcohol has damaged your liver, ask your GP for a liver fibrosis test. This could be a blood test or a type of scan that checks whether your liver is likely to have any scarring (fibrosis). Finding liver disease early can make a big difference.
Parkinson's UK
By funding the right research into the most promising treatments, we get closer to a cure every day. Until then, we're here for everyone affected by Parkinson’s.
Local Support
We rely on good publicity. They say that the best publicity is word of mouth, therefore we are extremely grateful to any local businesses and organisations that can help us to publicise our events, either by promoting us to your members/employees/customers, or advertising us on your shop window, website or staff notice board. In return we are only too happy to add your link on this page.
Several of us are associated with other amateur dramatic groups within the area. So, here are a few theatrical links
